Paul Loisel specialises in project finance and strategic acquisition transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Paul advises sponsors and financiers on large-scale greenfield and brownfield project financings, both domestic and cross-border, primarily in France, across EMEA and in Africa. He has extensive experience in the structuring and financing of public-private partnerships and projects in the transport, telecommunications, energy transition, social infrastructure and real estate sectors. He also regularly advises clients operating in the fast-growing EnergyTech and InfraTech markets.
