Alexandra Diehl is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution partner in our Frankfurt office. She is recognised for her experience in collective redress, advising on consumer and mass-tort claims. Her practice also focuses on commercial and investment arbitration (DIS, ICC, ICSID, SCC and ad hoc). She has been developing an active arbitrator practice. Alexandra represents German and multinational clients throughout all stages of complex disputes of high reputational significance, particularly relating to post-M&A, international investment law, intellectual property and product liability. Alexandra also regularly advises clients on issues relating to private international law and cross-border taking of evidence.
