Felix Mühlhäuser
Felix Mühlhäuser is the Practice Area Leader for TPE Germany. He has been a lawyer with Clifford Chance since 2000 and partner since 2008. He is qualified as tax advisor and specialised tax lawyer. Felix advises a broad range of clients – corporates, banks and financial intermediaries, financial investors – on domestic and international tax planning and associated legal questions. He is specialised in advising on the structuring of financing and corporate structures, with a particular focus, inter alia, on mergers & acquisitions, financing transactions, financial instruments, securitizations and restructurings relating thereto.
