Patrick advises companies, investors, sponsors and secured and unsecured creditors on financial and operational restructurings both outside and in the context of insolvency proceedings. He focuses on cross-border and multinational restructurings and distressed transactions, in particular in cases involving complex financing structures. He also advises on all aspects of German insolvency and restructuring law.
