Claudio Cerabolini

Claudio Cerabolini specialises in private equity, real estate, and private and public M&A transactions, and heads the Private Equity and the Real Estate groups in Italy. Claudio has worked with some of the most important international and Italian private equity, real estate and sovereign wealth funds, as well as with other asset managers, advising them on investment and disinvestment transactions (including buy-outs, public-to-private, growth capital, mergers, IPOs and joint ventures) in Italy and other European countries. He has also advised multinational and Italian corporates and financial institutions in M&A transactions, joint ventures, IPOs, tender offers and several other corporate finance and capital market matters. He is a member of the Tax & Legal Committee of AIFI (Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital) and is one of the authors of the book "Private Equity and Venture Capital, Regulation and Good Practice", published by Risk Books in 2014.
