Andrzej Stosio is Head of the Global Financial Markets practice in Warsaw. He specialises in banking and capital markets from both transactional and regulatory perspectives. He has advised a number of international and Polish banks, alternative lenders, sponsors and corporates on various types of financings, refinancing packages, complex debt restructurings, bond issues and other financial market products (in particular derivatives).
