Mansoor Alhagbani is a Partner and Head of the Capital Markets and Regulatory practice in Riyadh. Mansoor specialises in capital markets and regulatory and legislative drafting. Mansoor had worked for more than three years with the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) where he was heavily involved in formulating and drafting various CMA rules and regulations, as well as representing the CMA before other government bodies to debate and discuss draft laws and regulations.
