Michael Sabin is a Funds & Investment Management Partner and co-leads Clifford Chance's U.S. Funds & Investment Management Group. Michael specializes in advising sponsors on the structuring and formation of private funds and accounts across all strategies, including buyout, real estate, energy, infrastructure and credit, as well as related strategic transactions and internal arrangements. He also advises sponsors and investors in connection with complex secondary transactions and fund restructurings.
