He has been representing investors all over the world in connection with their acquisitions in France. He has also been assisting French clients in numerous cross-border or domestic transactions, acquisitions or joint ventures. Pascal is a member of the Dentons Global Venture Technology group. He assists start-ups in their funds raisings and private equity funds in their investments, whether at an early stage or in subsequent issuances.
