John Flanigan is a partner in Dentons’ Paris office and a member of the Corporate and M&A group. John focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with specific expertise in leveraged buyouts, public offerings and joint ventures. He advises clients from the financial and private equity sectors as well as various industrial sectors, including energy, technology, aerospace and defense, wine and spirits, consumer goods, life sciences and emerging markets.
