Dr. Andreas Berberich is a Partner in the Munich office. He is a member of the Tax practice. He focuses on tax advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions, asset finance and tax compliance-related issues. Andreas has extensive experience in the insurance and financial institutions sector as well as in the real estate and transport sector (in particular aviation). He also represents clients in connection with tax audits and tax court proceedings. Andreas regularly publishes on domestic and international tax law matters. Prior to joining Dentons, he worked as senior associate at another international law firm. Andreas has gained his doctorate on European tax law issues.
