He advises employers on all aspects of individual and collective labor law including, in particular, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and works council agreements including, social plans. Clients appreciate his comprehensive experience advising clients in connection with corporate transactions (M&As). Sascha is especially focused on providing advice on occupational pension schemes. Clients find this expertise increasingly vital to their corporate transactions when implementing, restructuring, carving out and terminating company pension plans. Sascha is also an experienced adviser on HR-compliance issues—crucial for employers to avoid legal and financial risks in the areas of labor law, social law and criminal law. In particular, he protects employers against the use of pseudo-personnel lease and pseudo-independent contractors, which can expose employers and management to significant risks. Recognized for his international consulting expertise, Sascha has developed a strong Japanese clientele advising such companies for many years. · Dentons
