Dr. Sascha Grosjean is a partner in Dentons’ Dusseldorf office and co-head of the German Employment and Labor practice group. He advises employers on all aspects of individual and collective labor law including, in particular, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and works council agreements including, social plans. Clients appreciate his comprehensive experience advising clients in connection with corporate transactions (M&As). Sascha is especially focused on providing advice on occupational pension schemes.
