With a strong focus on court and arbitration proceedings, both locally and internationally, Gergely and his well-established team have achieved remarkable success in representing clients. Gergely Stanka’s expertise extends to a wide range of litigation areas, including commercial, banking, energy, administrative, tax-related, and labour law litigation cases. He is a permanent arbitrator in the money and capital market section at the Arbitration Court affiliated with the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and he has been listed as an arbitrator for several years. Partner Gergely Stanka regularly provides legal representation in civil litigation, non-contentious litigation, domestic and international arbitration and non-litigious proceedings on a daily basis to a variety of clients in a wide-range of sectors.
