Ala' George Musleh is the Managing Partner of Dentons' Amman office. He brings more than 24 years of extensive experience across projects, energy, infrastructure, corporate and commercial law, finance and litigation. Since 2001, he has been actively practicing in Jordan, handling a broad spectrum of high-profile matters in corporate and commercial law, energy, finance, aviation and litigation. Ala' has specific expertise within the energy sector, with a focus on conventional power generation, renewables, waste-to-energy projects, oil and gas, hydrogen and other natural resources. He advises clients on negotiations, project agreements, approvals and financing documents. Additionally, he frequently drafts commercial contracts for energy and aviation-related transactions, as well as for commercial agencies, intellectual property and franchise arrangements.
