Alexandre Michorczyk

Alexandre Michorczyk is a senior associate in Dentons’ Luxembourg office and a member of the Tax practice group. Alexandre advises clients on a wide range of direct and indirect tax matters, with a particular focus on cross-border investments in the areas of private equity, capital markets, and real estate. Alexandre also regularly supports high-net-worth individuals in structuring their private wealth and advises on the implementation of employee benefit schemes. Before joining Dentons, Alexandre gained experience in investment management at a leading Luxembourg law firm. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Tax Advisor at a Big Four firm, where he focused on corporate taxation. · Dentons
