Malaak Al Balushi is an associate in the Tier One ranked corporate practice in Dentons' Muscat office. She has experience working on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including advising international and local clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, corporate governance, company establishments, employment and other general corporate and commercial advisory matters.
