Marta Cichomska

Marta Cichomska, PhD, counsel in Dentons’ Warsaw office, is a member of the Dispute Resolution team. She specializes in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. She has extensive experience in representing domestic and foreign clients in complex civil and commercial disputes before common courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as in mediation proceedings and settlement negotiations. Marta has represented private and public entities in disputes concerning, among others, infrastructure projects, telecommunications, real estate, the mining industry, M&A transactions, state aid, gambling and duty free.
