Alexey is a Counsel at Dentons Russian Corporate/M&A practice. He focuses primarily on M&A transactions, corporate law and the hospitality industry. He has experience advising Russian and international clients, including major manufacturing and industrial companies, financial organizations and Russian company owners on M&A transactions, including corporate restructuring and debt refinancing.
