Her particular areas of focus are tax advising in the sphere of local and international tax structuring, tax dispute resolution, including support of the taxpayers during the tax audits, private wealth, tax expertize in the field of Russian de-offshorization rules, PPP-projects and capital markets. She handles projects involving tax restructuring of international groups, tax issues of cross border transactions, advises on the tax aspects of various types of financing, supports Russian local tax matters and has extensive experience in the sphere of private wealth.
