Vasilii has implemented a wide range of projects for integrated tax advising for companies from various sectors on international and Russian tax law, including on corporate taxation, restructuring and improving a group’s tax efficiency, applying the laws on CFCs and tax residency. As a tax expert, he has participated in advising the Russian Federation and regional governments on the introduction of new tax regulations.
