His corporate experience is varied and includes executing multiple structuring and restructurings for companies and groups of companies, incorporating onshore and offshore entities, optimizing commercial and corporate structure, and governance for clients. Gabriel regularly drafts and reviews a wide range of contracts and agreements across various sectors, while also performing due diligence for both national and multinational companies. Gabriel is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
