She has almost 30 years of experience in corporate real estate work and she acts for institutional investors, funds, property stakeholders, developers and family offices in the following areas: the purchase and sale of entire buildings (retail malls, commercial and industrial buildings); the acquisition of land sites for development or redevelopment, whether through the government land sales programs or collective sales under the Land Titles (Strata) Act; and the sale and purchase of strata units, both completed and under construction; and leases, especially for corporate tenants who set up offices or operating premises in Singapore. Her work encompasses all sectors of the property market, be it mixed use, commercial, industrial (including land held under a Jurong Town Corporation lease), residential and hospitality.
