
Rizuan Pathie
Rizuan is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Corporate practice group and Co-Head of the Competition & Antitrust practice and the Brunei desk. Rizuan first graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2007 with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) and again in 2010 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 2011. Rizuan is also a Chartered Islamic Finance Professional accredited by the International Centre of Islamic Finance (INCEIF), Malaysia. Rizuan’s main areas of practice encompass corporate commercial law as well as competition law, anti-trust law and White Collar and Government Investigations. As a Chartered Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP), Rizuan also advises on Islamic finance transactions. Rizuan deals in a wide scope of corporate commercial transactions including advising on mergers and acquisitions, employment issues and general corporate advisory work.
