Tomáš is experienced in advising on all aspects of Czech, Slovak and EU competition and antitrust law, including in the areas of merger control, abuse of dominance, cartel procedures, unfair competition cases, as well as state aid matters. He has particular expertise in the digital tech, platforms and other telecommunications, construction, transportation and energy sectors.
