Katarína Slezáková is a senior associate and a member of the Banking and Finance group in Dentons’ Bratislava office. In her practice, she focuses on banking and finance transactions including corporate lending, acquisition, real estate, development and project finance, issuance of bonds as well as M&A transactions mostly in the real estate sector. She has experience in competition law in the fields of banking, telecommunication and retail.
