Petra Štrbová is a counsel and a member of Banking and Finance practice in Dentons’ Bratislava office. She focuses on advising both lenders and borrowers on, acquisition financing, real estate financing, project financing and general corporate financing transactions. She regularly advises all major Slovak banks on syndicated and bilateral loan transactions. Petra also has considerable experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, development and asset management.
