Adam Mycyk is a partner in Dentons’ Kyiv office. Adam has more than 30 years of experience advising both Ukrainian and international companies, banks, investment banks and a range of other financial institutions and investors on structuring and implementing debt and equity inward investments involving privatizations, mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures and on complex cross-border commercial and financing transactions and transaction on international capital markets. His experience and client base spans financial institutions and services, consumer products, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, and agriculture sectors. Adam is a US qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar in the District of Columbia (1993) and in Maryland (1991).
