Bayan Jafari-Eshaiker is an associate in Dentons’ Dubai office. She is a member of the Banking and Finance practice. Her work involves advising clients on a wide range of banking matters, including corporate financing, acquisition financing, real estate financing, and general banking and finance. Bayan has experience working in both London and Dubai. Prior to joining Dentons, she was part of the Energy and Project Finance team that advised on the acquisition and financing of the offshore transmission assets relating to the Hornsea One offshore windfarm.
