Ramy Ramadan is a partner in the Corporate practice, based in the UAE. He has significant experience advising international and regional clients, including corporates, financial sponsors, and sovereign-related entities, on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and other strategic investment transactions, as well as a broad range of other corporate matters. His practice spans a wide range of sectors, with particular depth in energy and infrastructure (including the fast-growing data centers sector), technology, life sciences and consumer goods. He also regularly advises on joint ventures and corporate structuring for project-financed assets and PPP projects.
