Hamad Yasin
Hamad Yasin is an associate in the Middle East Construction and Dispute Resolution practice. He has experience working on a range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including assisting clients with arbitrations under the DIAC rules with negotiating and drafting FIDIC-based contracts for procurement projects and client-specific development projects. His experience spans a range of different sectors including construction and energy. Before qualifying, Hamad worked with the Corporate Commercial and Banking & Finance practices where he gained valuable experience assisting with M&A due diligence, commercial legal advice and liaising with various local authorities on an Emirate level as well as UAE federal level regarding a variety of commercial matters. Hamad was also involved in assisting complex Islamic finance and sukuk issuance deals with the Banking and Debt Capital Markets teams.
