Dan Morrissey is a counsel in Dechert's Dublin office and a member of the firm’s financial services group, with a particular focus on private funds. He has over fourteen years’ experience in the funds industry, across multiple jurisdictions, and has advised managers and promoters in Europe, Asia and the U.S. on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of credit funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, infrastructure/real estate funds, ‘Japanese’ unit trusts and UCITS.
