Jeffrey Brown is a Partner at Dechert in the White Collar, Compliance and Investigations department. He focuses on white collar defense, securities litigation, SEC and CFTC enforcement actions, and related commercial litigation. He has experience conducting internal investigations across multiple industries and international boundaries, representing companies and individuals in investigations by the DOJ, SEC, and state and local prosecutors. Previously, he served for approximately 9 years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, where he was Co-Chief of the General Crimes Unit and Acting Deputy Chief of the Narcotics Unit.
