Mike Cowie, Co-Chair of Dechert's global antitrust/competition group, has handled high-profile, strategic projects for some of the world’s largest and most successful companies. He formerly served as Assistant Director in the FTC's Bureau of Competition, managing a 25-attorney team responsible for antitrust merger investigations, and earlier as the FTC's Senior Litigation Counsel.
