Her practice focuses on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, affiliation and collaboration transactions, and healthcare contracting matters. She has deep experience with federal and state healthcare laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, corporate practice of medicine, fee-splitting prohibitions, the Physician Sunshine Act, surprise/balance billing laws, and price transparency rules.
