Angela Liu is a securities litigation partner at Dechert. Her practice focuses on securities class actions, derivative suits, M&A litigation, investigations, and corporate governance disputes. She also engages in pro bono work with the ACLU Voting Rights Project and has addressed the UN Human Rights Council. She is co-chair of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and founding member of the Women in Securities Litigation Network.
