Anthony S. Kelly is a Partner in Dechert's Litigation department. He focuses on trial, investigations, and securities litigation, with an emphasis on matters concerning the asset management industry. Mr. Kelly is a former co-chief of the Enforcement Division’s Asset Management Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he supervised investigations of misconduct by investment advisers and service providers to mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, private equity funds, and other investment products. He was awarded the Chairman’s Award for Excellence and the Ellen B. Ross Award. He has experience in parallel criminal and SEC investigations and insider trading investigations.
