Joshua Milgrim is chair of the international and domestic tax group at Dechert. His practice focuses on tax aspects of complex public and private M&A, joint ventures, business structuring, securities offerings, financing transactions, debt restructurings and workouts. He represents private investment funds and sponsors in fund formation, and advises U.S. and non-U.S. investors on U.S. tax consequences of investments and business activities.
