Mr. Rosenberg joined Dechert as a partner in 2005 with a group of lawyers from Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and securities litigation, with an emphasis on defending executives and corporations in governmental investigations and proceedings before federal grand juries, U.S. Attorneys' offices, the SEC, the New York Attorney General, and the New York District Attorney.
