Represents publicly and privately held corporations, investment banks, and venture capital firms in life sciences, medical device, technology, media, and other growth sectors. Handles corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensings, strategic alliances, securities offerings (IPOs, secondary offerings, CMPOs, ATM financings, registered direct offerings, PIPEs, seed financings, venture capital financings), SEC compliance, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Also advises foreign private issuers on U.S. stock exchange listings. Represented buyers and sellers in leveraged and unleveraged mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, divestitures, and dispositions.
