Felipe Bahamondez leads the Regulated Markets and Antitrust practice group at DLA Piper Chile. His practice focuses on Energy, Natural Resources & Natural Gas, Regulatory Law, Insurance, Antitrust, and Corporate Law. He has experience in transactions such as the first gas pipeline in Chile, natural gas projects and LNG terminals, renewable energy projects, financing operations, and mergers & acquisitions. He advises on insurance regulatory issues, litigation before the Competition Tribunal (TDLC), and investigations and merger control before the FNE.
