Bentley Gaikis practises all areas of intellectual property litigation with a focus on patent litigation. Bentley has experience representing clients engaged in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation requiring strategic co-ordination and collaboration between co-counsel in different jurisdictions. He has represented clients on all stages of patent disputes including providing opinions, preparing court filings, conducting discoveries, arguing motions, and providing representation at trial.
