Represents Mexican and international real estate developers of office, retail, industrial, multi-family and resort projects in real estate transactions. Assists in structuring, implementing, and negotiating transactions including acquisition, development, and construction of various property types; implementation of timeshare, fractional, and whole-ownership regimes; and financing and leasing of properties. Also counsels clients on corporate and financial structures and advises national and international clients on data privacy matters in Mexico.
