Tom Hendershot focuses on mergers and acquisitions, representing public and private companies and private equity investors in domestic and cross-border transactions. He also represents emerging growth companies and venture capital funds in growth equity and venture capital investments, and counsels clients on general corporate law. He has worked with companies in sectors including computer software and hardware, e-commerce, mobile advertising, mobile applications, web services, platforms, education, life sciences, healthcare IT and services, cybersecurity and intelligence, medical devices, and government contracting. Additionally, he serves as outside general counsel to non-profit entities in the Northern Virginia area.
