Jinjian Huang practices principally in the areas of corporate and real estate law, with emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and real estate acquisition, disposition and financing. His clients include domestic and international companies at all stages of growth, as well as strategic and institutional investors. He also advises energy industry developers, tax equity investors and lenders on the development and project finance of some of the largest solar and wind projects constructed to date in the US.
