Eyad Al-Hussayen is a Senior Attorney at The Law Firm of Salah Al-Hejailan in association with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, based in Saudi Arabia. He joined the firm's Jeddah office in 2012 and has extensive contentious and non-contentious experience in commercial, corporate, construction, civil, and labor law, as well as advocacy before Saudi courts. His work includes aircraft and maritime mortgages, enforcement of commercial paper dispute judgments, formation and liquidation of companies, and advising on financial disputes and bankruptcy matters.
