Dr. Mohammed Alharthi is a Senior Attorney in the Jeddah office of The Law Firm of Salah Al-Hejailan in association with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, focusing on arbitration, dispute resolution, international criminal law, intellectual property, corporate, joint ventures, and labor matters. He has over 30 years of administrative and legal experience, including serving as Legal Advisor and Director of the Department of Legal Affairs at the General Passports Authority for 9 years, where he investigated cases of professional corruption and abuse of power, and represented the Authority in commercial and administrative cases before the Administrative Courts. He has presented at legal conferences and conducted training programs on pleading rules before the Administrative Courts and Commercial Chambers at the Board of Grievances.
