Rahul Goel has over 22 years of professional experience in advising, assisting and representing clients on a wide variety of legal, regulatory and policy issues. He has extensive experience in antitrust/competition law, including anti-competitive agreements, cartels, bid-rigging, abuse of dominance, merger control, and private antitrust litigation. He assists with competition law training, compliance, and dawn raid preparedness. He represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLAT, TDSAT, CCI, and other regulatory authorities. In the TMT space, he advises on complex legal and regulatory issues, data protection, privacy, and foreign investment approvals.
