Anu Monga has around 17 years of experience in advising clients on various aspects of Competition and International Trade/WTO laws. She also works on issues in Technology, Media & Digital Communications and assists clients on litigation matters before courts/tribunals in India and overseas. She advises clients across sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automobile, chemicals, fertilizers, aviation, manufacturing, steel, cement, telecommunications, broadcasting, information technology, power, insurance, and real-estate. Her practice includes behavioural and adversarial matters, merger control, compliance (audit and training), and competition economics analysis. In International Trade, she represents stakeholders before anti-dumping and CVD authorities, advises on WTO law and free trade agreements, and has argued before the US Department of Commerce on behalf of the Government of India. She advises on barriers to entry involving foreign investment regulations, policies, and trade agreements, and participates in consultations with the Government of India.
