Dr. Mohammed Al-Hashem is a Founding Partner at Mohammed AlHashem Law Firm in Saudi Arabia. With over two decades of courtroom experience and a PhD in Law, he has held senior judicial and administrative positions including Advisor to the General Secretariat of the Administrative Judicial Council and Secretary of the Conflict of Jurisdiction Committee. He has supervised the Decision Support Center at the Board of Grievances and the General Administration of Judicial Affairs, chaired the Digital Transformation Measurement Committee, and gained expertise in judicial administration and legal modernization.
