Amar Gupta

Amar Gupta is a founding member of JSA's Disputes Practice, with extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitration (domestic and international), and insolvency law. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, and other tribunals, and also sits as an arbitrator. He advises on dispute avoidance, conflict of law, enforcement matters, and civil/criminal investigations under anti-corruption law and white-collar offenses.
